Steve Damman
President, Chief Executive Officer
As President and CEO of QuantumDigital, Steve Damman has pioneered several advances in direct marketing services. Steve has led the company to unprecedented growth since joining QuantumDigital in 1992, aiding the company to grow from four employees to over 120; launching the direct-mail industry's first electronic ordering process; putting the company and its services on the web in 1999; and developing the concept of custom online marketing centers. The advances earned QuantumDigital the honor of one of the fastest growing private companies in the United States by Inc. Magazine in its “Inc. 500 List.” In 2004, he was the keynote speaker at Xerox Corporation's awards banquet and has also spoken on panels and at conferences nationwide. He is also a premier member of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA).
Freddie Baird
Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
After nine years at QuantumDigital, Freddie Baird was named COO in 2007, adding to his title of Executive Vice President. Freddie is responsible for daily operations of the company as well as the management of technology process improvements. In his time at the company, Freddie has achieved several successes, including the implementation of the online direct mail marketing service, QuantumDigital, and the on-demand digital printing solution, QuantumPrint.com. Prior to working at QuantumDigital, Freddie worked in the journalism field as a senior writer and editor for the “Texas Bar Journal” and then went on to work in the high-tech industry as an operations manager and technical sales advisor for an Austin-based document management firm.
Eric Cosway
Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer
Eric brings more than 21 years of strategic marketing experience to his position as CMO of QuantumDigital. At QuantumDigital, Eric is responsible for overseeing all sales management and marketing communications, corporate positioning and messaging, advertising and promotions, and channel sales and marketing. Prior to joining QuantumDigital in 2007, Eric was a Strategy Marketing Consultant for advertising agency SicolaMartin, developing marketing and brand strategies for a wide range of high-tech clients. Before joining SicolaMartin, he held several internal marketing positions at high-tech companies, where he developed marketing and positioning strategies. Eric is a member of the Marketing Executives Networking Group, Austin Technology Council and Certified Management Consultants. He conducted his educational studies in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, where he earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University and an MBA from the University of Ottawa.
J. Chris Anderson
Vice President, Chief Technology Officer
As VP of IT, Chris is in charge of the day-to-day IT operations and development for QuantumDigital. He brings to QuantumDigital over 13 years of experience, including his previous position at the Texas Department of Health where he developed database applications and automated systems to support public health programs. In addition to his technology background, Chris served in the Army from 1987-1989 as well as the Texas Army National Guard from 1989-1992. He is a member of the Austin Technology Council, KLRU, ASPCA and a lifetime member of Texas Exes. Chris received his Bachelors of Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin and conducted graduate work at Texas State University.
Debbie Gurley
Vice President, Customer Support
Debbie brings over 27 years of customer support experience to the QuantumDigital customer support team. Debbie joined QuantumDigital in 2002 as a call center representative and was quickly promoted due to her successful accomplishments in managing call center activities, customer account management, production design services and order management, and reception activities. In addition to previously working at Dell and Texas Instruments, Debbie also served as the Chair Elect for Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce and has actively worked with community organizations such as Cystic Fibrosis and United Way.
Angela McMurray
Director of Human Resources
Angela joined QuantumDigital as the Human Resources Manager in February 2006 where her responsibilities include providing leadership and direction for all human resources practices, including human resources planning, organizational development, talent acquisition, benefits, training, compensation and employee relations. Prior to moving to Austin, Angela worked as an HR Consultant with a Houston-based HR management advisory firm that provides strategic guidance and HR advisory services for various industries including banking, professional services, manufacturing, non-profit, restaurant and hospitality. She attended Texas A&M University and received a BBA in Management. In addition to her professional career at QuantumDigital, Angela is an active member in the Austin Human Resource Management Association and the Society for Human Resource Management. She also serves as a volunteer advisor for a community service and leadership organization for high school-aged girls at Round Rock High School.
