QuantumDigital, Inc., founded as Quantum Systems in 1986, is the complete online service provider for direct mail, on-demand digital printing and eMarketing solutions. Our business has grown and changed over the years, but our original objective has stayed front-and-center. Each new level we achieve is a result of listening to our customers, embracing technology and creating efficient workflows. We continue to use the most technologically advanced digital printing systems available, investing in six Xerox iGen3™ printers to provide on-demand printing with overnight delivery and 24-hour turnaround. As in the beginning, QuantumDigital continues to work hard to meet the needs of each customer, whether an individual professional or a large corporation. We serve thousands of successful businesses and individuals throughout North America, printing and mailing more than six million direct-mail pieces each month.

An Industry Leader

QuantumDigital, Inc. was the first company to:

  • Launch an electronic ordering system in the direct mail industry
  • Offer online design tools, digital color printing and personalization, variable data printing, and laser printing of agent photos on direct mail pieces
  • Pioneer the concept of custom online marketing centers that control, support and promote the customer’s brand
  • Develop an online Management Dashboard Tool providing executives with an at-a-glance report of their organization’s marketing activity

Milestones

  • 1986 - QuantumDigital, Inc. (then known as Quantum Systems, Inc.) was founded.
  • 1998 - Created an electronic ordering process called Q-Direct, a modem-to-modem ordering process.
  • 1999 - Launched the QuantumMail.com website featuring an internet-based ordering system.
  • May 2003 - Introduced the “My QuantumCard” and “My Library” features, which allow customers to create, save and edit custom marketing pieces using their online tools.
  • September 2004 - Unveiled the online marketing center, a way for companies to simplify and streamline their direct mail marketing and printing program.
  • October 2004 - Received a prestigious award from Xerox Corporation for printing milestone (having printed more than four million pieces in a month with our pair of Xerox iGen3™ presses — a higher volume than any other print vendor in the world).
  • December 2005 - Received the Inc.500 Award for one of the Fastest Growing Private Companies in North America.
  • June 2006 - Rated 25th largest privately owned company in Austin by the Austin Business Journal.
  • August 2006 - Named One of Texas’ Fastest Growing Technology Companies (27) in Deloitte’s Texas Technology Fast 50 Program.
  • September 2006 - Again Makes Inc. 500 List of Fastest-growing Private Companies in the USA.
  • October 2006 – Named One of the Fastest Growing Technology Companies (224) in Deloittes’s Technology 500 North America Annual List.
  • November 2006 – Launched the online Management Dashboard reporting tool.
  • September 2007 – Featured on Xerox’s expert panel discussion at GRAPH EXPO® 2007.
  • December 2007 – Installed 2 Commercial Xerox printing presses at DHL’s North American Logistics Airport Hub.
  • December 2007 – Announced new brand, QuantumDigital, Inc., to better serve our customers.
  • January 2008 – Launched new QuantumDigital website, ordering system and eMarketing services.
