Our concierge marketing assistants will save you time and effort by assembling and sending out marketing collateral based on your specifications. We can:

Although we can help you with many different marketing tasks, we are not a full-service concierge agency. We cannot make reservations for you or work with third parties.

To ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, you will have a whole team of assistants helping you.
How do I notify an assistant about a new task I need help completing?
You will have access to an online form where you can specify the details of a new task. You will then be able to email that task request to the concierge marketing support team.
Will I be able to contact a marketing assistant before or after I send in a task request?
Sure. You will be able to reach our concierge marketing support team by phone or email. We are available to you Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT.
When is payment for concierge services due?
Payment for concierge services are due in full at the beginning of each month's billing cycle. Fees for services will be charged to the authorized credit card or bank account on file.
What do I do if I no longer need concierge services?
A 30-day written cancellation notice is required to end your concierge services.
