How to Enter:
Eligible entrants (the “Participants”) may enter QuantumDigital’s “Enter to Win $250 and Get 30% Off AutoMail” (the "Sweepstakes") starting at 12:00 AM (CT) on May 1, 2019, and ending at 11:59 PM (CT) on June 15th, 2019 (the "Promotion Period"). To enter the Sweepstakes, visit QuantumDigital.com and place an AutoMail using the promotional code ILOVEMONEY to receive 30% off the first mailing in a campaign and be entered to win one (1) of three (3) $250 Visa Gift Cards. No other form of e-mail or Internet entry method is valid. Each Participant may enter only once. The promotional code must be used for an order to count as an eligible entry.
Random Drawing:
Three (3) Participants (the “Winners”) will be selected in a random drawing held on or about June 30, 2019, from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by e-mail within five (5) business days following the drawing date.
Odds:
Sweepstakes odds will be determined by the number of entries received during the Promotion Period. Prizes will be shipped directly to the Winners by QuantumDigital, Inc. (the "Sponsor"), using the postal addresses Sponsor has on file for them. In the event the Winners do not have their postal addresses on file, Sponsor will request this information from the Winners via e-mail.
Prizes:
The three (3) Winners shall each receive one (1) of three (3) $250 Visa Gift Cards. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash. No substitution of prizes by the Winners is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any prize with a prize of comparable value. Prizes will be delivered to the Winners via standard ground shipping, or other method of delivery designated by the Sponsor. Should Winners be unable to accept delivery by the aforementioned methods, all travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the prizes, if any, will be the sole responsibility of the Winners. Sponsor is not responsible for any delays in delivery of the prizes. The Winners shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the prizes after they have been delivered via the specified delivery method, and if the prizes are undeliverable and/or not claimed within thirty (30) days of the date the prizes are delivered, the prizes shall be subject to automatic forfeiture by the Winners and alternate Winners may be selected. All federal, state, and local income taxes, sales tax, registration, and insurance fees associated with the prize, if any, as well as all other costs involved in claiming, using, or owning the prize, are the sole responsibility of the Winners. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes once the delivery process has been initiated.
Eligibility:
This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of The United States of America and its territories, who have a valid e-mail address, a valid postal mailing address and who are 18 years of age or older. Officers and employees of QuantumDigital and their immediate family or household members are ineligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any Winners. This Sweepstakes is subject to and governed by all federal, state and local laws and regulations of the United States of America and the State of Texas.
Conditions of Entry:
By entering, Participants acknowledge and agree that they have read, complied with, and will be bound by these Official Rules. Neither Sponsor, nor any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, prize donors, nor any telephone network or service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any website, online service or the entry form, nor any other error or malfunction, nor late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or damaged entries.
Winner Selection and Notification:
Entries are the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Winners will be notified by e-mail within five (5) business days from date of the drawing, however Sponsor reserves the right to determine alternate methods of notification, if necessary, at its sole discretion. Winners will be given ten (10) days from the date notification is received to respond. A non-response by a Winner or non-receipt of notification response after the specified ten (10) days will be considered Winner's forfeiture of prize and an alternate Winner may be selected from the pool of remaining eligible entries. The prizes claimed will be awarded. In the event of non-compliance by a Winner with these Official Rules, or in the event prizes are undeliverable, an alternate Winner may be awarded the respective prize. Prizes are non-transferable. Sponsor, its affiliates and divisions shall not be liable for 1) failed, returned or misdirected prize notifications based on inaccurate or illegible information provided by the Winners, nor 2) entries and/or responses to Winner's notifications which are lost, late, incorrectly completed, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, misdirected, damaged, or otherwise not received by the intended recipient in whole or in part, nor for computer or technical error of any kind. Return of any prizes or prize notifications as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate Winner may be selected. If any Winner is found to be ineligible, an alternate Winner may be selected from the pool of remaining eligible entries. Upon request of the Sponsor, all Winners must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days of prize notification, or an alternate Winner may be selected from the pool of eligible entries. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed to have been made by the holder of the e-mail account or primary resident at the postal address associated with the entry.
Consent and Releases:
By participating, entrants agree that the Sponsor, its affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, service providers, agencies and their directors, officers, agents, employees, attorneys, and any other person or entity associated with such entities and/or the promotion (collectively the "Released Parties") shall not be liable for any and all claims, damages, losses or injuries, including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, this Sweepstakes, including entry and participation in this Sweepstakes and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes. All entrants further agree that in the event of any third party claims, damages, losses or injuries or death arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes or a Winner's use of a prize, they will indemnify the Released Parties from any and all such claims, including the attorneys' fees related thereto. Winners agree that the Released Parties have not made and are not responsible in any manner for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, including but not limited to its quality, condition, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, with the exception of any standard warranties that may apply. The Released Parties shall not be responsible for entries that are corrupted or otherwise not received correctly or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail, or on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in the Sweepstakes. The Released Parties shall not be responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes will be ineligible for all current prizes, all future Sweepstakes or Contests from Sponsor, and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes in the event that the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned should computer viruses, bugs, tampering, fraud or other cause(s) beyond Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Official Rules for any reason. Sponsor also reserves the right to extend the Promotion Period for any reason. In the event that the Promotion Period is extended, Sponsor will provide a notice, via e-mail or other method at Sponsor's sole discretion, to that effect giving the new closing date and time. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by Texas law, and entrants agree that the Travis County Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use Winners names, photographs, likenesses, voices, addresses (city and state), and testimonials in print, broadcast, news releases or new media, in perpetuity, in any manner they deem appropriate in connection with promoting this or any other Sweepstakes and/or promotion, without further compensation.
Rules/Winners Names:
The names of the Winners may be posted on the QuantumDigital.com website, or any other website owned and operated by Sponsor, after winners are notified. Sponsor will not share personal information about Participants gathered through interaction with the Sweepstakes, except as described herein. Sponsor may share information provided with service providers that are retained to perform services on behalf of the Sponsor, but take the appropriate steps designed to ensure information is maintained in a confidential manner. In addition, Sponsor may disclose information about Participants to others (i) if required to do so by law, (ii) in response to a legal process, or (iii) to law enforcement authorities or other government officials.
Alternate Entry Method:

To enter the Sweepstakes without placing an order, write your name, valid postal address, e-mail address and daytime telephone number on a 3x5 card and mail to “QuantumDigital, Enter to Win $250 and Get 30% Off AutoMail, PO Box 140825, Austin, TX 78714.” You may enter only once. Mailed entries must arrive at QuantumDigital within the Promotion Period. Please print all information clearly and legibly. Illegible, incomplete or late entries will be disqualified.
