QuantumDigital “Facebook Ad Campaign Sweepstakes" Official Rules
How to Enter:
Entrants (the “Participants”) may enter QuantumDigital’s “Facebook Ad Campaign Sweepstakes” (the "Sweepstakes") starting at 12:00 AM (CT) on April 1, 2018, and ending at 11:59 PM (CT) on May 31, 2018 (the "Promotion Period"). To enter the Sweepstakes, place a LeadLink Social order between April 1 and May 31, 2018 to be automatically entered to win a $500 Visa® gift card. Each LeadLink Social order equals one entry, so you may enter as often as you like. No other form of e-mail or Internet entry method is valid. No purchase necessary to enter or win.* (See “Alternate Entry Method” below)
Random Drawing:
One (1) Participant (the “Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing held on or about June 15, 2018, from all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail within fifteen (15) business days after the Promotion Period ends.
Odds:
Sweepstakes odds will be determined by the number of entries received during the Promotion Period.
Prize:
The Winner shall receive one Visa gift card in the amount of $500 (the "Prize"). Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash. No substitution of prize by the Winner is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute prize with an alternative item of comparable value. All federal, state, and local income taxes, sales tax, registration, and insurance fees associated with the prize, if any, as well as all other costs involved in claiming, using, or owning the prize, are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
Eligibility:
This Sweepstakes is open to anyone with a valid e-mail address, and who is 18 years of age or older. Officers and employees of QuantumDigital and their immediate family or household members are ineligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any Winner. This Sweepstakes is subject to and governed by all federal, state and local laws and regulations of the United States of America and the State of Texas.
Conditions of Entry:
By entering, Participants acknowledge and agree that they have read, complied with, and will be bound by these Official Rules. Neither Sponsor, nor any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, prize donors, nor any telephone network or service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any website, online service or the entry form, nor any other error or malfunction, nor late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or damaged entries.
Winner Selection and Notification:
Entries are the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Winner will be notified by e-mail within fifteen (15) business days after the Promotion Period ends, however Sponsor reserves the right to determine alternate methods of notification, if necessary, at its sole discretion. Winner will be given fifteen (15) days from the date of notification to respond. A non-response by a Winner or non-receipt of notification response after the specified fifteen (15) days will be considered Winner's forfeiture of prize and an alternate Winner may be selected from the pool of remaining eligible entries. The prize(s) claimed will be awarded. In the event of non-compliance by a Winner with these Official Rules, or in the event prizes are undeliverable, an alternate Winner may be awarded the respective prize. Prizes are non-transferable. Sponsor, its affiliates and divisions shall not be liable for 1) failed, returned or misdirected prize notifications based on inaccurate or illegible information provided by the Winner, nor 2) entries and/or responses to Winner notifications which are lost, late, incorrectly completed, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, misdirected, damaged, or otherwise not received by the intended recipient in whole or in part, nor for computer or technical error of any kind. Return of any prizes or prize notifications as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate Winner may be selected. If any Winner is found to be ineligible, an alternate Winner may be selected from the pool of remaining eligible entries. Upon request of the Sponsor, Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within fifteen (15) days of prize notification, or an alternate Winner may be selected from the pool of eligible entries. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed to have been made by the holder of the e-mail account or primary resident at the postal address associated with the entry.
Consent and Releases:
By participating, entrants agree that the Sponsor, its affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, service providers, agencies and their directors, officers, agents, employees, attorneys, and any other person or entity associated with such entities and/or the promotion (collectively the "Released Parties") shall not be liable for any and all claims, damages, losses or injuries, including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, this Sweepstakes, including entry and participation in this Sweepstakes and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes. All entrants further agree that in the event of any third party claims, damages, losses or injuries or death arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes or a Winner's use of a prize, they will indemnify the Released Parties from any and all such claims, including the attorneys' fees related thereto. Winner agrees that the Released Parties have not made and are not responsible in any manner for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, including but not limited to its quality, condition, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, with the exception of any standard warranties that may apply. The Released Parties shall not be responsible for entries that are corrupted or otherwise not received correctly or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail, or on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in the Sweepstakes. The Released Parties shall not be responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes will be ineligible for all current prizes, all future Sweepstakes or Contests from Sponsor, and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes in the event that the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned should computer viruses, bugs, tampering, fraud or other cause(s) beyond Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Official Rules for any reason. Sponsor also reserves the right to extend the Promotion Period for any reason. In the event that the Promotion Period is extended, Sponsor will provide a notice, via e-mail or other method at Sponsor's sole discretion, to that effect giving the new closing date and time. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by Texas law, and entrants agree that the Travis County Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use Winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, address (city and state), and testimonial in print, broadcast, news releases or new media, in perpetuity, in any manner they deem appropriate in connection with promoting this or any other Sweepstakes and/or promotion, without further compensation.
Winner's Name:
The name of the Winner may be posted on the QuantumDigital.com website, or any other website owned and operated by Sponsor, after winner is notified. Sponsor will not share personal information about Participants gathered through interaction with the Sweepstakes, except as described herein. Sponsor may share information provided with service providers that are retained to perform services on behalf of the Sponsor, but take the appropriate steps designed to ensure information is maintained in a confidential manner. In addition, Sponsor may disclose information about Participants to others (i) if required to do so by law, (ii) in response to a legal process, or (iii) to law enforcement authorities or other government officials.

Multiple entries are permitted, but each entry must be mailed seperately. Mailed entries must arrive at QuantumDigital within the Promotion Period. Please print all information clearly and legibly. Illegible, incomplete or late entries will be disqualified.
