- We’re not responsible for any damages or claims made by you (or your business) due to delivery delays, defective orders, or incomplete orders.
- We’re not responsible for delays in your order’s delivery that are caused by USPS mistakes (or any other carrier’s mistakes).
- You’re in charge of reviewing your designs carefully before ordering. We’re not responsible for spelling, punctuation, grammar, low-quality images, design issues, or mistakes when choosing options like finish, number of recipients, or product type. We have a service where one of our designers can review your order and suggest changes (for a small fee) to make sure your order is exactly what you’re envisioning.
