KEYE’s We Are Austin recently interviewed two of our executives to recognize QuantumDigital's contribution to the Austin community through various efforts over the years. At QuantumDigital, we are proud to put service and volunteerism at the forefront of what we do and why we exist as a company.
Our company has a history of giving back, leading back to our founder Jim Damman, CEO Steve Damman’s father. Jim impressed upon his son Steve and the organization to think differently. Now as an almost 30 year old family and employee owned local company, QuantumDigital has established its culture to have shared core values and service principles that focus on others. At QuantumDigital, we actively encourage employees to get involved in our community, through both traditional and skills-based volunteerism roles, with the majority of volunteer time occurring during business hours.
We believe that it’s important to extend the level of service we provide for our customers to our local community members as well. The overall goal is not only to make our company prosper, but the community as well. Our business product is direct mail marketing and print materials, but it’s our service culture that continually brings customers back.
