Online advertising may be where agents are putting most of their dollars, but many continue to see value in print. Case in point: More than 100,000 active agents send marketing postcards to prospective clients via direct mail company QuantumDigital.
A 2,000-agent brokerage in Atlanta, Solid Source Realty, is the latest to sign up for the firm’s 4-year-old direct mail marketing program, TriggerMarketing.
The program taps more than 2.4 million multiple listing service listings from ListHub and realtor.com nightly to let agents send “Just Listed” and “Just Sold” postcards to prospective clients, helping them bring in both buyers and sellers.
QuantumDigital has similar agreements with 13 brokerages that include Weichert, which has about 500 sales offices and 18,000 associates; Crye-Leike Realtors; Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices; RE/MAX; and Century 21. Individual agents can also create an account with QuantumDigital to take advantage of TriggerMarketing.The company plays in a competitive space with the likes of Market Leader, Imprev,Corefact and Kunversion.
TriggerMarketing is extremely fast and easy, according to Chief Marketing Officer Eric Cosway.
