The DMA International ECHO Awards Competition honors the world's best direct marketing campaigns — campaigns that have raised the bar in terms of strategy, creativity and results. Outstanding creative is necessary to win a coveted ECHO and is one of three required qualities. Award recipients must also have superb marketing strategy and excellent results. ECHO is unique among international competitions because no other awards competition looks at the direct marketing discipline in such totality.
The elite group of entries was carefully reviewed by some of the top marketers and creative professionals in the direct marketing field to determine the ultimate ECHO Winners, Leaders and Finalists in 12 business categories.
Each year, over 1,000 marketers and agencies submit campaigns for consideration. QuantumDigital competed in the Business and Consumer Services category for its accomplishments and excellence in its 2011 Marketing Innovation & Discovery Summit campaign.
The 2011 Marketing Innovation & Discovery Summit campaign was a highly personalized, multi-touch, cross-media campaign to attract executives and leaders of top agencies and retail brands to attend its Marketing Innovation and Discovery Summit. QuantumDigital produced 1:1 postcards, emails, a poster, and invitation booklets with personalized URLs and QR codes that were delivered the target audience. Together with a highly targeted list and carefully timed follow-up calls, these fueled a conversion rate of 33%, which maximized attendance at this high-level summit and helped bring in $90,000 of new business within one week.
